The Firm’s Experience

We represent clients in cross-border arbitration and litigation, serving as counsel, co-counsel, or strategic advisors. We are regularly appointed as arbitrators and chairpersons in international arbitration cases. Our expertise spans a wide range of arbitration frameworks, including ICC, Swiss Rules (Swiss Arbitration Centre), AAA/ICDR, KCAB (Korean Commercial Arbitration Board), WIPO, UNCITRAL, and other major arbitration institutions, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Furthermore we bring extensive expertise as arbitrators and counsel in international arbitrations governed by various legal systems. Our services encompass comprehensive case strategy, negotiations, settlements, and representation in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

In addition to our arbitration work, we bring extensive experience in commercial litigation before Cantonal courts and the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland. Laurent Killias expertise focuses on commercial litigation, while Thomas Legler is recognized for his specialization in intellectual property law and emerging technologies. Thomas Legler also serves as a part-time judge at the Federal Patent Court of Switzerland.

We regularly appear before Swiss courts in litigation, particularly in arbitration-related matters, including award enforcement and set-aside proceedings. Our specific experience covers a wide range of domains, including commercial disputes, intellectual property, IT, and media-related matters.

We are highly adaptable, working seamlessly with other law firms and frequently acting as co-counsel for foreign law firms and parties. With offices in Zurich and Geneva, we are strategically positioned to provide tailored legal solutions in Switzerland's most prominent business and arbitration hubs.
